There are no words in the English language to describe my frustration with Amazon. The last pub date I received for publication of the print copy of TWILIGHT LONGINGS was September 3rd, which has come and gone.I wish there was another way to publish my books because I am sick and tired of Amazon. My editor insists the book is cursed and I believe it!!!! I really love this story, which has some of my favorite characters - Saintcrow, of course. Jason Kincaid from Twilight Desires, and Izabela, the witch. I'd really like to give Izabela her own story.... I'll have to think about that.
I turned in the manuscript for my next vampire romance, ALWAYS BY NIGHT, although I'm not sure it's a good idea, what with all the trouble I'm having with Longings. You can read Chapter 1 by clicking on the link in the blue column to the right.
For Baker fans, I finished my historical western! Honestly, I can't believe it's done. I think it took me two months to write it. Who knows how long it will take to get it published. As I mentioned before, it's currently titled UNDER WESTERN SKIES. Of course, it's not yet carved in stone <G> My last three westerns have carried the hero's name as the title - ZANE, BOHANNON, and KADE. Decisions, decisions.
